Ironically, Luke and Chewbacca don't even realize Lando's backstabbing them again, offering intel to Jabba. With those as his most recent memories of Lando, Han might not be too happy to see his old friend after getting thawed out.
After all, Lando did risk their lives on Cloud City, which almost resulted in Leia, Luke and the others getting killed. His state of mind could well have been broken, and he could have easily turned on Lando in anger. Luke's team also brings up another key point: they wouldn't know how deranged Han would be if they found him and woke him up.
